Software update: refreshes software, keeps everything
  (including apps you installed)
Computer update: rebuilds; keeps Bots, files, logins
  removes installed apps and packages
"Files aren't ready"? Wait, try again. Don't reset.

## Chats or Bots look missing?
Quit and reopen the app
Open the same account on another device
Check Hidden Bots (phone: Show Hidden Bots)
Same Cursor account?
Don't use Recover or Reset to look for chats
