## 1. Make the Bot
+ → Create a Bot → give it a name
Tell it what it should help the team with
  A sentence is enough
Follow setup: apps, secrets, skills, files
Or share a Bot you already have

## 2. Check what it carries
Apps, secrets, skills and files work
  in every teammate's chat
Only add keys and files you're happy
  for everyone you share it with to use

## 3. Share it
Click the Bot's name → Share
Who has access:
  your team  OR  People you invite
Add as: Collaborator (chat only)
      or Manager (change instructions,
                 skills, memory, apps)
Stop sharing: open Share, remove access

## What to do with it
Start with one job the whole team repeats
Name the Bot for that job
Strip personal keys and private files first
Most people: Collaborators
Manager: one or two people only
Unsure? Remove sharing before you delete
