Grok Bot for GTM: CoS, overnight prospecting, account experts, live slides

Advanced · How-to · Advanced hub

Official Enterprise GTM playbook: a pinned Chief of Staff, overnight prospecting, one account expert per strategic logo, and a slides bot that can update a deck from a live call transcript.

Credit and outbound: Grok Bot for GTM (Aug 16, 2026).

Start with connectors

Connect what you already live in: CRM, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Slack, Notion, meeting notes, Figma, social, warehouse. Sign into tools on the bot computer when there is no MCP. Ask the bot to scan sent mail and Slack for your writing voice before it drafts.

Mobile + voice matters here: most GTM days are on calls; admin happens between them.

Core seats

BotJob
Chief of StaffMeeting prep, inbox, post-call drafts; orchestrates the rest; pin it
ProspectingPipeline plans, intent, deep research, drafts in your voice . run overnight
Customer / account expertOne agent per strategic account (or top prospect): Slack, calls, weekly media rundown
Data analysisUsage across your book
Product expert (“10x engineer”)Codebase or internal knowledge for live technical answers on calls
1:1 / forecastingManager sync prep; CRM note hygiene from Granola/Gong/Slack/email
SlidesBrand system + master deck in Figma; per-customer copies; optional live update from call transcript
Sales CoachWatch external calls; feedback on what worked

Weekly media rundown (account expert)

Before the first run, save industry, signal topics, and which roles at the account matter. Each week, scan only new content (talks, podcasts, X/LinkedIn), actually consume it, and send one roundup . or a single line if nothing new. Keep a state file so you do not rehash old items.

Live slides on a call

Stop the meeting recorder a few minutes early. Have the slides bot build from what the customer just said. Use it as a wrap-up, follow-up, or next-call opener.

Skills that compound

Stay human on customer-facing sends until you trust the draft. This guide is a GTM architecture steal, not a mandate to install every seat on day one.
