Grok Bot now builds pages: reports, memos and dashboards you can share

News · Oct. 22, 2026

Grok Bot can now build pages, the official @bot account said Oct. 21. A page is a report, memo, dashboard or tracker that a Bot builds and keeps in its Library, and you can share it by link, according to the official help page.

"Grok Bot can now build reports, memos, and dashboards. Ask Bot for a page, then edit it together or have Bot keep it up to date," the account posted at 2:42 p.m. CT. A reply in the same thread said the feature is "Rolling out to users today on the latest mobile and desktop clients."

Elon Musk quoted the post about an hour later: "Grok @Bot is like hiring a super smart and fun employee!"

What a page is

The help page describes a page in full as "something a Bot builds for you to read, such as a report, a memo, a dashboard, a tracker, or an explainer. It can hold text, tables, charts, and controls like filters and switches."

You make one by asking in chat. The help page's example: "Make a page that compares the three quotes in this thread, with a table and a short recommendation." The Bot posts the result in the chat as a card with the page's title and an Open button.

Pages are saved in the Bot's Library. On desktop, click the Bot's name at the top of the chat and open the Library tab, which lists "the pages, files, and apps the Bot has made," according to the help page.

Only the Bot edits it

Nobody types into a page directly. To change one, you ask the Bot in the chat panel that sits beside the open page. "The Bot edits the same page, so everyone who can open it sees the change," the help page said.

Filters and switches on a page change only what the viewer sees. "Nothing you do on the page is saved. To change the page itself, ask the Bot," the help page said.

Sharing and the public-link caution

"A new page is private to you until you share it," according to the help page. The Share menu's main options are people you invite, your Cursor team or anyone with the link. Some teams also see an option for everyone in their organization.

The link option is fully public. The page gets its own address on pages.grok.bot, built from the page's title. "Anyone with the address can open the page without signing in, so share it only when the page holds nothing private," the help page said.

You can review or delete shared pages under Shared Canvases on your Cursor dashboard. Deleting a page cuts off everyone who had the link.

Who gets it

"Pages is rolling out gradually, and it isn't available on Enterprise teams yet," the help page said. Public links are also off on Enterprise teams. If you don't see pages, the help page says to update to version 0.60.0 or later on a computer and 1.14.0 or later on a phone.

How one SpaceXSI builder uses it

Eric Zakariasson, whose X bio reads "tinkering @spacexsi," quoted the announcement 12 minutes later with pages he uses: "launch burn-down lists," "design docs i iterate on with @bot," "morning briefs," and "what did i get done this week."

The @bot post did not say how a page stays up to date on its own. The help page doesn't cover automatic updates. Pairing a page with a routine is one way to try it (see our how-to, linked below), but that's GG's suggestion, not a documented feature.

What to do with it
- Update the app (0.60.0 or later on your computer, 1.14.0 or later on your phone), then ask a Bot you already use for a page about something it already knows, like this week's work or a comparison it just did.
- Treat "Anyone with the link" as public. Use it only for pages with nothing private, and check Shared Canvases on your dashboard to see what you've shared.
- Remember that controls on a page don't save. Ask the Bot for any change you want to keep.
- Step-by-step: Make your first Grok Bot page.
