GTM means go-to-market: how you find buyers, package the offer, and run outbound. The official GTM guide is a roster architecture: Chief of Staff, prospecting, account experts, live slides. bcharleson/grokbot-for-gtm is a different lane: a numbered outbound motion that installs agent-native CLIs on the Bot's Linux computer so cold email and optional LinkedIn keep running after you close the laptop.

You bring ICP, offer, sending accounts, and API keys. The repo brings standing rules, a setup prompt, playbooks 00-07, and skills. Human still approves live sends.

Why the Bot computer matters here

Grok Bot's cloud Linux box can hold the CLIs (instantly-cli, heyreach-cli, plus list/enrich tools you have keys for). Jobs continue when the laptop sleeps. Local-exec is for keys that must stay on your machine. Do not expect Grok Bot to attach laptop stdio MCP the way Grok Build can. This playbook treats CLI binary + JSON as the contract.

Cross-check claims against the official Grok Bot for GTM guide before you copy any step into a live seat. Farm heavy coding off the Grok Bot meter when Hermes or Cloud Agents are the better path; keep Bot on orchestration, drafts, and approval gates.
