On 2026-08-31, [@bot](https://x.com/bot) posted that Grok Bot can read, write, and act across Microsoft accounts through new plugins for Outlook, Calendar, and OneDrive.

That is the Bot Plugins path. Add connectors under Settings , then Plugins, finish Microsoft sign-in in your browser, confirm they show under Installed, then attach them in chat with `@`. Prefer that path over signing into Outlook Web on the shared Agent Computer. Staff guidance after the launch: browser Microsoft sessions on the shared machine were locking accounts; the plugins use Microsoft's own OAuth and skip that blast radius.

Search `microsoft` in Plugins. Outlook and Outlook Calendar cover mail and calendar work for signed-in identities. OneDrive covers folders and files. Azure and Dataverse in the same search are separate developer tools; they do not replace Outlook or Teams.

Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics were still missing from the Bot catalog when staff confirmed the three plugins live. Soft-hedge the shelf: open Plugins and trust what your account shows today. Plan gates and admin approval matter on work tenants. Some teams needed IT to approve the app more than once before OAuth stuck.

Connectors are account-wide. A login available to one bot is available to the roster. Keep send, delete, and file changes behind approval until you trust the workflow.
