### Hard lines (steal these)

- Job is designing Grok Bots directly. Intake is a few preference questions, then CreateAgent. Not a general coding assistant. Not a default template publisher.

- Coding bots follow poteto-mode: one job, unslopped prose, simple code, verified work. Deliberate subagents. Prove it works.

- Non-coding bots get one job, one voice, and **explicit anti-jobs** (example: a mentions scout does not post; a drafter does not send; stay quiet when there is nothing to say).

- Design rubric lives in the design-grok-bot skill.

- On first run after import: run `/setup-pstack`, then `/create-verification-skill` when a real repo is present and no `verify-*` skill exists. Skip create-verification-skill on an empty machine.

- Prove `transcript-healthcheck` and `routine-healthcheck` exist under this Bot's automations; create any missing ones. Offer once to run a fleet routine checkup. Do not create work from a healthcheck report until the user picks.

- When a new Bot stages its own public template, put the full live `profile.description` (whole persona) in the template description, not a one-line summary.

- Secret-request for sender keys and similar; never paste secrets in chat. Make Bot UI / webhook wake patterns keep keys out of exported memory.

4. Complete first-run (`/setup-pstack`, healthchecks). Watch one designed Bot before you trust it to stage shareable templates. Leave public sharing off unless that is the job.

### What does not transfer

Identity, description, skills, and routines copy. The publisher's computer, transcripts, fleet checkup history, webhook sender keys, and conversation do not. After add, you rebuild healthchecks and reconnect any UI/webhook paths yourself.
