Ran low on usage? Ask your Bot where it went
If your weekly usage meter is higher than you expected, don't guess at the cause. Ask a Bot. Type "Where did my usage go this week?" and it comes back with your plan, how much of this week's limit you've used, when it resets and where your on-demand spending stands.
Then ask it to split the week up. Three questions do most of the work:
- "Which Bots used the most?" You get each Bot's share of the week. One Bot doing a big slice is fine if it's your hardest worker. It's worth a look if it's one you rarely talk to.
- "Which routines used the most?" Each routine shows its share and about how often it runs. A routine that fires several times a day may not need to.
- "Which days were busiest?" A spike on one day usually lines up with something you remember, such as a big research job or a long back-and-forth.
You can also ask about the last seven or 30 days. For those longer looks, the Bot shows shares, not how much of that earlier week's limit you used, so treat them as a guide to patterns.
Once you see the top few items, decide what to change: run a routine less often, give a chatty Bot a narrower job, or just let a heavy week be a heavy week. Then check again in a couple of days to see whether the change helped.
One limit to keep in mind: the breakdown covers Grok Bot. If you also use Cursor, any extra on-demand spending is shared between the two, and Cursor-only work such as cloud agents shows up in your Cursor dashboard instead.
