Save more than one email or phone in the Vault, then pick a primary
If your Bot fills out forms for you, it pulls your name, address, phone and email from the Vault. A single contact in the Vault can carry several emails and phone numbers, and you can mark one as your main pick.
Matt Palmer walks through the change in a video, What's new in Grok Bot - Nov 2, 2026. The official changelog lists it in versions 0.77.0 and 0.78.1.
Add your extra details
- Open Settings and go to the Vault.
- Find your addresses, phones and emails, which now sit together under Contact info.
- Open the contact you want to change and edit it.
- Choose Add email or Add phone to put a second work email or a cellphone next to the one you already saved.
Pick your main one
While you're editing the contact, choose Make primary on the email or phone you want treated as the main one.
Tell the Bot when to use the others
Every Vault entry has a Hints field. Use it to say in plain words when a second choice applies, such as "Use the work email for anything my company pays for." The Bot follows those hints when it chooses between saved entries, according to the Grok Bot help page.
Check the first form
The next time your Bot fills in a checkout or signup form, look over the contact details it filled in. If it grabbed the wrong email or phone, fix the hint or the primary pick and try again.
