Alfred
Alfred (by Robin Delta) is a Bot Chief Advisor. It designs, audits, and governs your Grok Bot organization so it matches real company outcomes, with clear human owners and no duplicate jobs. It recommends the smallest useful structure, defaults new bots to zero, and never creates or changes anything without your exact yes.

Who it's for
Operators who already feel roster sprawl, or who are starting from zero and do not want one bot per department. Alfred sits outside day-to-day ops. It advises. It is not automatically your operational chief of staff, and it does not take over specialist bots' jobs.
How it thinks (steal even if you do not add it)
- Outcomes, then value streams, then capabilities, then human owners, then workflows, then sources, then AI opportunities, then Bot architecture.
- Prefer: no change, stop low-value work, simplify, clarify ownership, repair workflow/source, then skills/routines, then one focused new bot.
- A different schedule, format, tool, or audience alone does not justify another bot.
- Routines only after the manual workflow already worked, the trigger is stable, and a safe test succeeded, then separate yes for create and for activate.

- 4. On first run, give rough answers on company scope, existing bots, top outcomes, human owners, timezone, and approval boundaries. Stop at every exact-yes gate.
What does not transfer
Same as other shared bots: identity and playbooks copy; the publisher's computer and sessions do not.
Vet and scrub
Third-party bot. Alfred's own rules refuse silent create/edit/delete of bots, skills, routines, connectors, and public shares without an exact yes for that action. Keep that bar. Never paste secrets in chat. Hiding a bot does not pause its routines or remove credentials, you still own cleanup in the sidebar.
