Galaxy Day 3 wrap: Thursday Arena, Voice, MarOps, Post-Sales
Galaxy Day 3 is done. The X broadcast left LIVE about 6:32 CT on September 17, 2026, for a black Grok Bot Galaxy interstitial (archive available; ~7:58 recording length). No Wrap / Final Showcase title card showed at close. Josh Kim Marketing was never name-carded on stream.
The day shipped a playable game, a Voice product post, and guest lanes for Marketing Ops, Customer Success, and Post-Sales. Full hub: /grok-bot-galaxy/.
Thursday Arena playtest
Builders framed Day 3 as a game studio launch. Around 12:18 CT, Thursday Arena went live for playtest (@thursdayarena; Lauren Tan @poteto: "our game is live!! help us play test it!"; Matt Palmer @mattyp: "go play!"). Later @poteto warned it was buggy and hard to play while the grok bot team reviewed in-game feedback on stream.
Soft-hedge: X link-card and some UI labels show Cupcake; builders and the site lead with Thursday Arena. Short: /thursday-arena-playtest/.
Morning @poteto / @mattyp also pushed a timed Ultra free window for new accounts (~10 mins). Treat that as an ephemeral promo, not standing pricing.
Voice
About 1:53 CT, @bot posted: "Grok Bot can talk now." Follow-up: Voice is rolling out on desktop and mobile over the next couple of days (download). Short: /grok-bot-voice/.
Marketing Operations
Around 11:00-12:30 CT, a RevOps & MarOps use cases slide listed six jobs (self-completing to-do lists; internal tools/dashboards via Cursor Cloud Agents; marketing-sales handoff; self-serve GTM data; territory planning; CRM cleanup). Demo team labels on slide: OP-1 (Chief of Staff), Fisher (Executive Assistant), Juno (Product Manager), Ondes (Engineer). Matthew Silberman appeared in the workspace UI rail; Teresa Hsu was on the published schedule and not seen on chrome.
"What we learned": staff your dream team like an exec; give bots agency and guardrails; you are a product manager whose product is revenue. Deep piece: /galaxy-marketing-ops-use-cases/.
Customer Success (stream-visible; folded here)
Player agenda around 1:17-1:45 CT labeled Grok Bot for Customer Success with Blake Schuller under it (times on player appear PT). x.ai/Luma still list Post-Sales Blake Schuller ~2:30-3:30 CT - record both clocks; do not invent which is authoritative.
Workspace demos showed Vincent (growth) with Autonomy on; a funnel snapshot (Practice started 3,255 / completed 762 / Converted 210); and a GTM ideas table with in-product -> X loops. Treat metrics and idea rows as slide-visible.
Post-Sales
Around 2:32-2:53 CT, a Post-sales use cases slide named Morning Status Board, Call Prep, Follow-up Cook, Promise Keeper, Ask Watch, and Account Radar. Slack UI showed #flylo-postsales with blake.schuller. Gus - Chief of Staff ran a Dream Team demo (Franny Form, Wally Writer, Trudy Truth, Frankie Follow Up, Scout) with Open promises / What to do next / Routines; staff-meeting copy said "Draft only. Never send as Blake." Demo customer/project names (Northwind, Harbor SSO, etc.) are UI-only. Deep piece: /galaxy-post-sales-use-cases/.
What did not clear on stream
- No confirmed Josh Kim Marketing name card during the ~4:30-6:00 CT x.ai window.
- No Wrap / Final Showcase title card or named wrap speakers at close (~6:32 CT).
