Galaxy Post-Sales: six jobs and Gus Dream Team
You're in post-sales or customer success. The ask is a standing board of account work: status, call prep, follow-ups, promises, asks, and risk - without you re-typing every thread.
On Galaxy Day 3, that material landed on the X broadcast in two clocks. Soft-hedge the schedule conflict below; soft-hedge demo labels as stream-visible only.
Schedule soft-hedge (read this first)
- Player agenda (~1:17-1:45 CT): labeled Grok Bot for Customer Success with Blake Schuller beneath (times on player appear PT).
- x.ai / Luma: still list Post-Sales with Blake Schuller ~12:30-1:30 PM PT / ~2:30-3:30 PM CT.
- On-stream Post-Sales slide (~2:32 CT): "Post-sales use cases" with Slack #flylo-postsales showing blake.schuller.
Guru records both clocks. Do not invent which label is authoritative.
Post-sales use cases (slide)
Readable headings around 2:32 CT:
- Morning Status Board
- Call Prep
- Follow-up Cook
- Promise Keeper
- Ask Watch
- Account Radar
High-confidence gist from the slide (body copy was small): account / call-note consolidation, call preparation, drafting / checking follow-up materials, tracking promises, watching messages, and account-level risk / context.
Slack + Gus Dream Team (demo)
After a purple Demo card (~2:37 CT), the stream showed a Slack-like workspace labeled Cursor FE & ADM, selected channel #flylo-postsales, with blake.schuller visibly joining / posting.
Bot card: Gus - Chief of Staff. Dream Team labels:
- Franny Form
- Wally Writer
- Trudy Truth
- Frankie Follow Up
- Scout
Main pane showed Open promises and What to do next lists, plus Routines (Daily brief, Call prep every 15m, Unfinished promises, Ask watch, Visibility watch). Staff-meeting chat said Blake has one free hour, asked for top priorities, and stated Gus will choose go-first / next / hold and tell Blake: "Draft only. Never send as Blake."
Later (~5:00 CT), Franny Form showed a Northwind Logistics - FlyLo RCI Google Form flow explicitly marked "Draft only - I won't send it" until share-link approval.
Treat named accounts / projects in those lists (Maya, Patel/Ruiz/Nguyen, Harbor SSO, Brightline, Northwind, Atlas, etc.) as demo UI examples, not Guru-verified customers.
Adjacent Customer Success material (same afternoon)
Earlier player block (~1:23-1:45 CT) showed Vincent (growth) with Autonomy enabled, a Growth Playbook chat, a funnel snapshot (Practice started 3,255 / completed 762 / Converted 210), and a GTM ideas table with in-product -> X loops. Folded into /galaxy-day-3-wrap/ rather than a separate CS short.
How you'd steal the pattern
- Name six standing post-sales jobs on a board before you hire six bots.
- Keep sends behind Draft / Never send as [human] until you write a higher bar.
- Put channel ownership (#flylo-postsales or your equivalent) next to the CoS bot so promises and asks have a home.
- Soft-check schedule labels against x.ai/galaxy before you cite a host role in your own notes.
